I’ve realized that in the 2-3 weeks since I began studying magick...I’ve stopped biting my nails (chronic habit that’s largely tied to anxiety; I also used to pull my hair out as a kid). And they’re growing so much faster & stronger than usual! My depression is still around (has been since puberty, has not gone away with therapy or medication so I guess it’s just A Thing™️ to deal with) but it’s easier with less anxiety. Anyone else notice anything similar?

My bipolar and anxiety and dissociation remain, they're not leaving me. It's just... now I'm more equipped to deal with the difficulties they throw at me. If I'm dissociating heavily, it's not that I'll just end up forgetting my name and my spouse's name, but that I can meditate and do deity work and so forth and actually get over the bad stuff.
...if I remembered that I have this "tool" when things get tough...
I agree with Naava, I don't think magic can cure anything. It just treats it. I suffer from depression, anxiety, maladaptive daydreaming, and some other stuff, so I use magic to cope, to heal, and to keep me on track.
But if you just mean boosts like alleviating the pain/symptoms, then yes. I find tarot to be a big help for clouded thoughts, teas for a variety of ailments, and even sunlight and moonlight for different energy boosts (sunlight feels more active, and moonlight is more tranquil).
