Hello to my sisters and brothers of the craft! This is my first online "witchy" chat with a group. I have always considered myself a "solitary" witch. In fact, I've never been a part of a coven or engaged in witch style gatherings because I practiced in silence. I have two sisters, but only one practices too. It wasn't till I was in my early 20's when I found out that my grandmother and my mom were also secret witches, or how some may phrase it, in the broom closet. I finally decided 10 years ago to come out of the broom closet and fully embrace the gifts the Goddesses bestowed upon me and practice openly without fear of being judged by others, and I am proud to say that my daughter has also decided to practice the craft openly too! She's my mini me. I feel comfortable talking about this to y'all. Pardon me, that is my Texas drawl coming out (y'all). Any hoo. I hope to meet new people and I am also looking forward to learning new things too. Blessed be.

Hello sister, I'm a solitary witch as well and I have never been in a coven either. I think its really cool that your mother and grandmother practice as well. I have been practicing fully for 6 years now but I started at a very young age.
Hi there! I'm so glad that someone replied! My grandmother (RIP) was a beautiful soul! My mother, she is a blessing in my life everyday. I've been practicing since I was about 10 years old. Just dabbling in it from time to time. I really got into it about 10 years ago. I love it!! My daughter is now practicing and we share our experiences daily. I miss her living with me but she's not too far away. Thank you for reaching out to me! I hope that we can interact more often. Blessed be, my sister!!
Im sorry for your loss. I love every minute of crafting. That's cool that your daughter practices with you. I allow my six year old daughter to use my tarot deck and my oracle cards to kinda get the feel of the craft and slowly teach her more as she gets older and she started at the age of 5. Your welcome. Of course. Blessed Be sister!
@Lorree Campbell , thank you. I am forever grateful that my daughter has decided to join the craft. I wish you and your daughter many blessings!
