So, I am new to witchcraft (A total Baby Witch!), and I come from a very Christian family (I live with them). However, I still wanted to tell at least my dad about my craft and that I practice, as he has told me my entire life that no matter what, he will always be in my corner and will always support me and have my back. A few days ago, I told him about my interest in witchcraft (Because he has already bought my tarot cards and a fortune-telling teacup as gifts). He didn't have much of a reaction, but he told me that I still have to get confirmed. Today, I told him a bit more, and that I really like this witchy subscription box and wish I had it. He didn't get mad but said that he isn't completely against it and even went so far as to say that he'll look into it. I couldn't be happier that he supports me, especially because I know that some members of my family don't support me even having tarot cards. I just wanted to share this news because I am so happy that this was the outcome. :)

Hi Renza! First, welcome to the community. It is a joy for you to join. You can call me LA. I am also new to witchcraft (a child like you). I also come from a religious family. My family is a strict Catholic family that has forced religion upon me since I can remember. Recently, I have told my strict father that I am not following the family and will seek my own spiritual path. Upon self-reflection and goal-setting, I have found witchcraft. I have always felt different than others and wanted something more out of my life that I was actually interested in and wanted to learn more. Enough about me. I applaud your bravery in telling your father about your new interest in witchcraft. I am glad to share this moment with you. Welcome to a new journey, Renza!
