I used to spend an absurd amount of money on candles. After losing my husband recently, my budget's down to basically nothing for indulgences now but I just can't cancel my Goddess Provisions box. I've gotten it since their very first box and it's the only one that I've refused to cancel over the year.
That and the spirit daughter workbooks are my only subscriptions left. Their new moon workbooks are almost like a beautiful form of therapy and the box is just like a present each much that always lifts my spirits. <3
Crystals. Even got my husband into crystals, and now there's a "crystal budget," lol! We went on a date this weekend— to the crystal store where we went around and picked out a crystal for each other that we felt called out. He got me a beautiful Vera Cruz amethyst cluster, some chaoroite, and vanadinite. I got him some sulphur quartz and a smoky quartz tabby point, and a geode.
My other guilty pleasure is books. I have to limit myself. We also have a lot of tarot and oracle decks, and there are a few on my list that I want, but it's not as bad as crystals.
i spend a fortune on books, candles and crystals much to my husbands despair lol he used to moan at me like oh not more candles you're never gonna get through the ones you have etc but i think he's given up and i just get eye rolls now i'm also a big sucker for soft toys despite being too old for em lol I'd happily replace them with real animals if i could. i really want rats but my daughter's scared of them so i can't boohoo :)

I just bought a soft goat stuffie for my anxiety disorder. No shame!!! It helps with sensory deprivation. It is healing. <3
P.s I also want rats but i am not allowed animals in my apartment so Ive made a terrarrium that just happens to have two snail familiars in it 😆
"Pets? Na...no idea how those got there...landlord"
@Dawn Walker You could 100% get away with rats in an apartment: they're quiet and even a big, amazing cage would probably fit in the closet. ;)
DOOOOO it!
Definitely books and crystals! Can never have enough!
Plants and books and occassionally jars and boxes. I hoard random nicnacs for art.
Me too! I’m such a book reader, I sometimes just for a gift giving holiday will give a big list of books
