When I was little I used to hear voices all the time. I'd hear noisy conversations in the car while everyone was quiet. I'd hear a little girl calling out; "Help Me" when I pressed my face into a pillow. And the reason I'm bringing this up now is because just this afternoon I heard my little brother yelling; "Mom!" when he wasn't home yet.
So I'm not exactly sure how to feel about that... any thoughts?
well first you need to decide how you feel about it. Do you want to communicate? Do you want the voices to go away?
I guess I'd... communicate? Maybe listen to what they have to say I guess?
@SardonyxSwann the first thing if I were you, would be to absolutely know and be confident/comfortable in the protective and cleansing practices you may already have. If you don’t yet, learn and practice those until you are comfortable. then before doing any communication make sure you are grounded and you are able to open up to any messages they may be trying to send you. The best ways to communicate are literally just talking out loud, some people also write to the spirits around them, use tarot or a pendulum, or just meditate. But always always ALWAYS ask for confirmations for what/who you are speaking with, try to verify that they are not a bad spirit trying to invade your space. And always make sure you have boundaries. (Example: specify to the spirit that you are only comfortable with hearing them, or seeing them and if you are uncomfortable with them moving things or touching you or manifesting before you then tell them that if they do those things you will cut off contact, and be sincere when you specify that)
everyone’s ways of communicating are different, but definitely trust your gut. If you feel something is bad, banish it, cleanse your space, and redo your protections. I’d recommend doing more research into this and maybe also getting other opinions besides my own before you get started. Cross reference everything you read and do not start until you’re confident you can defend yourself.
good luck
