Why is there a section for curses and crosses?

I'm under the impression that whatever you put out in the universe comes back three fold? Surely there's always another way? I work in the care industry and unfortunately discovered a company doing instutional abuse, stealing from the people they support, abusing staff etc. I called safeguarding several times to no avail. Even told them where to find the evidence. Temping though a curse was I cast a spell to expose the truth instead. It's worked, they're under full investigation now and looks like they'll be shut down. Am I making sense? Also I'm sorry if I offend anyone with my question, it's not my intent I'm just curious.
