Speaking of energy manipulation when doing spells/workings, does anyone feel the actual energy in any way? I can visualize it, but I can't particularly feel anything. If anyone knows anything about this, some insight would be very much appreciated. Cheers.

You can feel warmth, tingling, cold sensations, chills, a swirling sensation, etc. 😊

@DianneMarie the feeling will increase in intensity the more you practice! I remember when I first started the tingling and warmth feeling came from me becoming so focused on moving energy to my fingertips that I could feel my normal heart beat in my fingertips, and then eventually it turned into full on tingling and warmth.
That's interesting, it's the opposite for me. I can barely visualize, but I usally feel energy tingling, warmth or a soft pull
Interesting! I just imagine the energy, but I'm not sure if it's there. The slight tingling might be a giveaway, but I always have some sort of tingling in my body due to different reasons, which is why I'm unsure of whether the tingling is the right one.
This for me can fluctuate alot.. also depends on what I'm doing and just how much i can let go of the mundane day to day stuff and worries and such. Most times say if I'm charging an ingredient can be a kinda static vibration, possible chills....some others can be stronger like aa pulsing of energy thats running al throughout you and a kind of a hot or emotional feeling flush that on rare occasion can start to make your hands trembly when trying to direct it
It's not that strong for me yet, I have mostly just slight tingling, but that is also probably because I'm a nervous/easily stressed person that finds it hard to focus. More meditation is also important, I guess.
@DianneMarie im say your on a plus side ....i used my most extreme almost a example and im pretty damn sensitive overall
