Okay...*ahem* let's begin. Last night I went to my local festival of lights celebration to round off the lunar new year and as I was walking round the venue a set of bells rang when I walked past. Despite it being windy this was the only set of bells that rang and the werent knocked by accident either. When I got home I had noticed (well the next day I noticed) the candle spell I had going the candle burned out okay but the holder smashed, could have been due to heat but consideringthe bell incident just kinda wondering if they're related....cleansing time perchance?

Think about any possible links between the intent & type of the candle spell and what you were doing/thinking around the time the bells rang (or even why you went to the festival). Also, I hate to be a grandpa, but unless you've taken some very specific precautions please don't leave the house with a candle still burning...! <8-o
I did ensure the candles were stable and safe to leave before I left 😅😅, years of experience camping and using open flames has given me the knowledge of what precautions to take *guides honour*.
The intension behind the spell was for success and luck in getting a job that I had applied for. I went to the festival to celebrate the end of he lunar new year. I had too many problems to count which began occurring this time last year which resulted in me being forced to leave my job I was in last year (toxic work place, glad to be out of it to be honest). I had just opened a fortune cookie which said something along the lines of fortune arriving soon (idk, every fortune I have from those things at these events seems to rein true fir some reason so worth a mention). If I remember rightly I was thinking about moving on at long last and finally embracing happiness and enjoyment again for the first time I about 8 months.
I hate to sound like a pre-recorded cliché, but methinks you have been heard. :-) The catch (of course there's a catch, LOL!) is that as I typed that, I began to wonder if the bells rang because you were projecting/broadcasting a strong emotion at high intensity, and the candle holder breaking was a kind of energetic echo... instead of "we heard ya, here comes your new career!" <8-o
That said, it sounds like you reached a very key point in moving forward from where you were in finally leaving some real negativity behind, and that is A Good Thing no matter how I look at it. It'll be interesting to see what develops in the job/career arena in the next few weeks!
(Also -- I'm glad you pay attention to fire safety. Back in my days as a Boy Scout, I did a lot of training in first aid, treatment of shock... and fire safety. Peace!)
