So I ordered some Mugwort. I made a little dream pillow and stuck it near my normal pillow and there were no lucid dreams.
I made tea from it and had it 15 min before bed. No lucid dreams again. I heard so much positive stuff about this herb that I don't want to give up yet but it is weird that it's not helping in the lucid dream department.
I can say however that when you drink it and go to sleep, you'll feel extremely relaxed to the point where everything is so comfortable that you can hardly feel your body. I understand why this also helps with astral projection.
Furthermore I also noticed how I was beginning to see things through my third eye way before I was at the edge of falling asleep. By that I mean I started dreaming before being fully unconscious, more vividly than usual anyway but not by a lot. I saw geometric patterns, sometimes people doing mundane tasks, sometimes a landscape. I always noticed when it was about to happen and grew more conscious of it, which diminished the clarity of the images.
But once I was asleep there were just random dreams throughout which I was not aware and not in control.
I've been reading a lot about Mugwort lately. From its relaxing and calming properties down to its magical, lucid dream inducing and astral projecting capabilities.
You're able to turn the herb into tea, smoke it, stuff it into a dream pillow or make oils from it. It's pretty versatile.
I myself have no experience with it. I ordered some and its arrived today and my first thought was to meditate with it..
I would like to ask anyone who's experienced with it how they feel about Mugwort, what you used it for and how it worked for you. Any insight is welcome! : D
