Hiiii, baby witch here, is there any problem if I make moon water in a plastic bottle? I'm practicing in secret and I live with my parents, so that thing of "let's buy jars and bottles" is kinda suspicious.
Plastic is fine; it's not ideal, but when you're limited, it will work in a pinch :) Transfer the moon water to a glass jar or bottle as soon as you can. If you can't purchase one, just recycle an old pickle jar or similar.
I practiced in secret growing up and I used small flower vases and small glass candle holders to make moon water on my window sill.
Jelly jars are great, as long as you're not buying the "feed the 101st Airborne" size they're usually small enough to quickly wash & dry and easy to keep out of sight. Peanut butter jars, too -- but they can be a PITA to wash. Jars of olives, relish, etc. are also small enough to quickly wash & hide away, but be sure to wash them at least 3-4 times to get the oils & smells out "for sure" (that also goes for the larger pickle jars, which I usually use to catch rainwater but only after a couple of hand-washings plus a couple of trips thru the dishwasher).

Hope this helps, blessed be
Thank you so much 🤗
