Hey sooo I have no one to ask my questions to and I’m not really sure how to research this so I hope y’all can please help me? Lately (these last 1 or 2 weeks) I’ve gotten them really bad gut feeling. My gut feelings are usually right about these things and I just think that something bad is gonna happen. Also these last couple nights I’ve been getting nightmares (which don’t ever really happen for me). And now on all my social platforms I’m seeing things saying ‘something bad is about to happen, be vigilant’ posts (the kind with not hashtags, no audio, etc). I’ve also been feeling like something is watching me sleep and like there’s this constant presence behind me. Should I be scared? Cause I’m pretty scared ngl. How do I protect myself what do it do???? Any pointers on where I would begin to do research would be helpful as wel!
Note: I’m so sorry to be a bother, I hope y’all don’t mind my askin
Research how to thoroughly cleanse and set up protections and maintain those protections regularly. As for “something bad about to happen” try to do some divination.
Kali answered the one side. I'll offer the other. Always make sure there is not a normal cause as in anything changed in your house..many of crazy stuff can happen all due to High EMF levels, gas, exhaust,chemicals..on and on...also take note of anything else new you may have brought into the home.
At the risk of sounding like an echo chamber... what @KaliMonsterr and @WoodWalkerD said... :-)
However, I'll just add that we are all literally bathing in a sea of bad news, stressful news, anxious news... the mass media, social media, even private conversations are full of stressors these days (think US presidential elections and COVID-19). Give yourself a little "unplugged" time every day do cut down on the stress being forced into your ears... listen to music (any media that does NOT include commercials or news breaks), take a walk in the park or the woods and focus on the breeze & trees instead of other people, take some "quiet time" to just write in a journal or do something artsy-craftsy (working with one's hands is a great way to vent stress pressure), cook something you enjoy.... Whatever, just take a daily break or three from the constant drumbeat of the news and that alone should help you start feeling a little better. :-)
