I love to write but I have been suffering a serious writters block for the past few months. I just feel like all my ideas are there, but they are blocked and I can't get to them. Can you recommed me something to get over it please?
It has been a long time since I've written but back when I did I popped out two books (smuty and not that great but they were there none the less) what I find helps me is taking a break to read instead. Reread a favorite series from start to finish maybe rewatch an old show you enjoyed back when you first started writing to get the creative juices flowing. Try sharing your writing online and see if you get any comments that might make you want to keep going. Edit what you already have...
These are just the things I do. This being a witchy group I'm sure there are some spells that could help but I don't know any off the top of my head. Good luck! Keep us informed!
When I am feeling stagnant I like to draw like maps and diagrams of what my story was about and just brainstorm from there. Just write anything. Even if it sounds silly, put it in that map and link it to other ideas and such. I like to think of those "association maps" as rebuilding the dam for the ideas to flow again
I only plan webcomics but when I get writer's block I like to research random topics, my last writer's block I was researching northern Italian festivals and I found inspiration and escaped writer's block. But you might want to take a step back from writing and that's cool too, the cheesy advice of take a walk, do other hobbies is always a safe bet. Even changing up your daily routine a bit might help you climb out of the rut.
Not everything is going to work so be patient and good luck writing, I'd love to see what you have someday.
@Shawn Cameron Just a little update, since I was asked to keep you updated. I managed to write a really short (like 5 - 6 sentences) story for my class a couple of days ago. It was not much but I actually felt good about something I wrote and that didn't happen in a really long time. The teachers seemed to like it too. I would just like to thank everyone again for your amazing support.

@Northern Light Thank you. I hope I will get over it.
