I agree with @Artemis09 , the best protection you can have is avoid sick people and crowded areas, keeping proper hygiene and strengthening your immune system. Magick never should and never can replace professional help. With that said, if you want to add some magickal protection on top of the physical one I would recommend four thieves vinegar.
There are lots of protection spells, but they are for energetic illnesses and disturbances, negative attachments, etc.
Viruses, bacteria, fungi, protozoa, and helminths (worms), are physical ailments that require medical attention from a certified healer or doctor. The same goes for coronavirus strains.
It's important that energetic illnesses and physical illnesses be kept separate. They are not the same and should not be treated the same.
