Can anyone tell me about deities? Like names maybe. Just a few so I have a basic idea where to start researching

Depends what culture you're drawn to - Persephone is Greek, so you could look at Zeus, Aphrodite, Athena, Poseidon, Hades, Artemis, Apollo, Hermes, Hera. Geae and Loki I am not that familiar with, will research :) Celtic deities could be interesting to look at- the Morrigen, Cernunnos, Lugh, Brighid, Mapanos to name a few. But yeah, if you want more info there's an excellent youtube called Jesse Huntenburg who speaks about pantheons and her eclectic approach.
