Hey Everybody! So, I'm a baby witch and I really have hard time focusing on my intentions.
I try to meditate for 10 min each morning and night, for y'know... Try to feel the energy around me, but I really don't know in which state of mind I have to be for the meditation to be effective...
I read all your comments, and I'm ready for it to take time, but I just want to know if there's a way to know "Oh okay, that's how energy feel" ?
Also I have a BIG probleme of akwardness because I'm learning witchcraft in english but I'm actually french... So each time I try to speak out my intention (in french) I'm loosing my words all the time, I can't use mantrat either....
It does'nt feel right and I can't focus on anything else than "What will Apollo think if he can hear me, I'm so ridiculous"
Thanks for your help! Blessed be 🌞
Honestly before focusing on feeling the energy of things around you, maybe it would be easier to become acquainted with how your own energy feels and how to manipulate it. That may help you become familiar with the physical sensations of working with energy so you’ll know what to detect in the spaces around you.
as for speaking out loud, I definitely have the same problem LOL it felt super dumb speaking out loud, literally anything, when I first started. I kept trying to memorize these incantations and for some things I do rely on memorization, but for activating spell ingredients or speaking my own intention out loud, I speak from the heart and mean it. Nothing sounds foolish when you’re speaking your own intention from the heart
