Mine is a decoy doll. I've been having a run of bad luck lately so I made the doll and put a lock of my hair inside it with a magnet. The lock of hair ties the doll to me, but the magnet attracts the bad luck/bad intentions/ill wills/etc. to the doll and then the salt gets rid of those bad vibes.
For me he is little bit of a experiment. Everytime I'm happy I will play with the doll or simply just spend time with it to attach these emotions in it and give it a positive energy. Then everytime I'm sad I also try to spend time with it but instead of giving a bad energy I try using that good energy in it. I know nothing exciting, but it has actually worked for me.
I made it with two black socks. (Better cleanse them well :D) I made the body and the head from the tip, and arms and legs from the sides. I used thicc thread so it would hold. It's filled with cotton and the leftover sock pieces. It only took me like an hour with all the decorating, and it's was fairly easy.
Mine is made of some scrap cloth that I had. I think it was part of a blue bandanna? I got out my gingerbread man cookie cutter and traced the shape 2 times on the cloth. I cut them both out and sewed the pieces together, but I left the head open. Then I turned it inside out so the stitching would be on the inside and then I stuffed it with cotton balls, my hair, and the magnet. Then I sewed on some buttons for eyes and some brown yarn for her hair after sewing the head up.
Im so curious. What is his purpose?

How did you make it?? This is really cool and I’d love to try it. Is it filled with rice or cotton??
